TVLINE.COM – Who’s ready for another vocabulary lesson? (Yes, we realize that Christmas is not a school day, but we think you’ll really like this one.)

Last week, TVLine presented you with four terms every Shadowhunters fan will need to know before the series’ Jan. 12 premiere (ABC Family/Freeform, 9/8c), and we’re back again — along with stars Katherine McNamara, Dominic Sherwood, Matthew Daddario, Alberto Rosende and author Cassandra Clare — for another exclusive behind-the-scenes vocab lesson.
In addition to explaining key terminology, the video also gives us a look at Jace and Alec — they’re “parabatai,” which you’ll understand after watching — in action, and it’s kind of epic.

Dom is featured in the December 2015 issue of Bello Mag. I have added high quality digital scans of the magazine to the gallery! You can purchase the magazine in the app store or over at bellomag.com. This is definitely one of my favorite shoots of Dom!

TVLINE.COM – If you plan on checking out ABC Family/Freeform’s Shadowhunters (Jan. 12, 9/8c), you’ll need to brush up on your demon-slaying vocabulary first.

Fortunately, TVLine has an exclusive behind-the-scenes feature, in which the key players of the supernatural series — Dominic Sherwood, Katherine McNamara, Matthew Daddario, Harry Shum Jr. and author Cassandra Clare — break down a few of the (many) new words you’ll encounter in the Shadow World, including “shadowhunter,” “rune,” “stele” and “warlock.”
